One of the methods we use is the “collaborative family law process,” which allows a couple to spend more resources on analysis and less time fighting. In addition to the collaborative process, Linda has specialized mediation training and offers her expertise as a consulting attorney for couples in mediation. Linda also has extensive experience in tax law and financial planning which are typically intertwined in the divorce matrix.
